Paul did a fantastic job with my custom necklace request. He took a my bad sketch job and some photos and created exactly what I was thinking! He gave great feedback and recommendations along the way. I always felt in the loop with his updates. I haven't given it to my wife yet, so I dont have the final verdict, but she's an avid pokemon lover and the best mom, so I know she'll cherish it for a long time.
